In addition to the show floor, the International Sourcing Fair presents a seminar program entitled International Sourcing Summit with speeches by government officials, economic development specialists, and pavilion organizers. The event takes place Monday afternoon, 22 September prior to the opening of the show floor.

PLMA will also offer participating exhibitors a special program of briefings by major retailers, such as Carrefour and Wal-Mart, and a tour of supermarkets and hypermarkets on Monday morning, 22 September prior to the Sourcing Summit.

Exhibitors are encouraged to arrive no later than Sunday, 21 September in order to participate in the seminars and store tour.
