Early-morning stand cleaning on both trade show days is included in the exhibit rate. Additional RAI cleaning services such as waste disposal can be ordered from RAI Exhibitor Services. Please note that any unattended and/or unpacked product samples found in stands after 15.00 on Thursday 2 June will be disposed of by RAI cleaning services.
At the end of the day on Wednesday 1 June, volunteers from a charity organisation will hand out flyers that can be attached to product samples that you do not want to ship back to your company and that are good for consumption or general use. The same volunteers will then return later to collect the products that have been set aside for Charity. Please place the products that you want to donate as close to each other as possible so that the volunteers clearly know what they can collect. Do not give product samples to other exhibitors or personnel (stand builders, cleaning staff, etc.). They are not allowed to accept such samples.
