How do I get there?
The RAI Exhibition Centre is located 15 minutes from Schiphol International Airport and is easily reached by car, train, metro and taxi. Click here for details.

From Schiphol Airport:
• Direct: Take the train to ‘Station Amsterdam RAI’, which is a 5 minute walk from the RAI Exhibition Center.
Train tickets can be purchased at the vending machines or at the NS Service (& Tickets) Store at Schiphol Plaza.

• One change: Take the train to ‘Station Amsterdam Zuid’ and transfer to the new Metro Line 52 (direction ‘Noord’) exiting right in front of the RAI Exhibition Center on ‘Station Europaplein’.
Train tickets can be purchased at the vending machines or at the NS Service (& Tickets) Store at Schiphol Plaza.
Metro tickets can be purchased separately at the vending machines at ‘Station Amsterdam Zuid’

From Central Station:
• The new Metro line 52 (direction ‘Zuid’) runs every 6 minutes and will take you from ‘Station Amsterdam Centraal’ in just eight minutes to ‘Station Europaplein’, right in front of the RAI Exhibition Center.
Train tickets can be purchased at the vending machines or at the NS Service (& Tickets) Store on the stations (For more info: www.ns.nl).
Metro tickets can be purchased at the vending machines on the stations (For more info: www.gvb.nl).
Train tickets to Schiphol Airport and public transport tickets for the city of Amsterdam can also be purchased at the triangular RAI Information desks in the entrance lobbies of the Holland and Europa Complex.

How many exhibitors will there be?
There will be more than 2,600 exhibiting companies from over 70 countries, including nearly 60 national and regional pavilions. To explore the number of exhibitors, click here.
What products are presented at the show?
The 2019 show will present over 1850 food exhibitors and nearly 750 non-food exhibitors, divided over 15 halls. Exhibitors are identified by nearly 300 different product categories, a short overview can be found below.
- Food: Fresh, frozen and refrigerated foods, beverages and dry grocery
- Non-Food: Cosmetics, health & beauty, household, kitchen and housewares
How many visitors will there be?
More than 15,000 trade visitors and over 11,000 exhibitor personnel from 120 countries are expected this year.
How do I register for the show?

Until when can I register online?
The deadline for registration with an invitation code received from one of this year’s exhibitors will be 9 May. All other visitor registration will remain open until the show.
Do you issue one-day badges?
No, all visitor badges are valid for both show days and the pre-show seminars.
Where can I book my hotel?
RAI Hotel Services (RHS) offers accommodation in over 50 hotels at convenient rates. Click here for access to RHS’ online reservation site.
I need a visa invitation letter from PLMA. How do I proceed?
PLMA sends visa invitation letters to registered visitors and exhibitors only. If you have not yet registered, please click here to request a registration link. Otherwise, please click on the link in your confirmation email.
How do I get access to the exhibitor list?
All pre-registered visitors receive access to the online Show Preview 30 days prior to the show.
Where can I buy the catalogue?
PLMA’s Official Trade Show Catalogue is only available to attendees of the “World of Private Label” International Trade Show. The Catalogue is only distributed at the show, neither before nor after.
I received an invitation code from an exhibitor. How do I register?

Is one invitation code valid for both days?
Yes, each invitation code can be used to register for one visitor badge that will be valid for both show days and the pre-show seminars.
Can you send me an (extra) invitation code to register my colleague?
All timely registered exhibitors received invitation codes. Please ask one of your exhibiting partners to provide you with a code and keep in mind that the registration deadline is 9 May.
I pre-registered but I did not receive my E-voucher?
The link to your E-voucher can be found in your confirmation e-mail and in subsequent e-mails you received from PLMA.
Where do I bring my E-voucher?
Please go to the Scan & Go Express Admission area in Europa Plaza or in the entrance of RAI’s Holland Complex.
I cannot print my E-voucher. What do I do?
Your E-voucher can also be scanned from your smartphone or tablet. If you cannot provide a printed or digital E-Voucher, please go to the 'Information' counter (#1) in the PLMA Registration Centre in Europa Plaza.
Can I replace a colleague that has already registered?
Please send an e-mail with your first and last name, company name and your business card. Also include the online registration key of the colleague you are replacing (found in the confirmation e-mail) to registration@plma.nl.
Does the RAI Exhibition Centre have Wi-Fi?
RAI offers paid Wi-Fi to all attendees at Euro 10,00 per device per day. Just connect to the ‘PLMA2019’ network, enter ‘plma2019’, open your browser and click on ‘Paid Internet Access’.
Where can I park my car during trade show days?
Follow the road signs from the A10 Amsterdam Ring. Depending on parking space availability, you will be directed to RAI parkings P1/2/3 (vertical clearance 1.90 m), P4 (vertical clearance 2.70 m) or to external RAI parking sites that all have a direct and complimentary shuttle service to and from the RAI Exhibition Centre. The rate is € 4.00 per hour with a maximum of € 25.00 per day. Or buy your day ticket online for € 21.00.

Electric cars: There are 20 charging points for electric cars in P1 and 20 points in P4. Charging costs € 0.24 per kW plus the fee for use of the garage. Charging points cannot be reserved.

Is the RAI Exhibition Centre wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the RAI Exhibition Centre is wheelchair and disabled accessible. Scoot mobiles and wheelchairs can be reserved at the RAI. Please send an e-mail with your request to frontoffice@rai.nl.
Is the “World of Private Label” Trade show open to consumers? Is there a minimum age?
PLMA's "World of Private Label" International Trade Show is open to trade professionals only. Persons under the age of 16 are not allowed on the show floor.
Can I bring my dog?
Animals are prohibited except for guide dogs and companion dogs for disabled visitors. Pets are not permitted at any time.
