Important Notice
COVID-19 - A safe meeting and working environment for all exhibitors, visitors and staff is PLMA’s primary concern and priority. To ensure this, PLMA is in close contact with the health and safety officials of the RAI Exhibition Centre and will be following all guidance and directives of the national and local authorities. A broad range of measures is being developed so that all participants in the 2020 “World of Private Label” will be able to enjoy a safe, clean and hospitable event. More information and specific details will be released closer to the show.

How do I get there?
The RAI Exhibition Centre is located 15 minutes from Schiphol International Airport and is easily reached by car, train, metro and taxi. Click here for details.

From Schiphol Airport:
Direct: Take the train to ‘Station Amsterdam RAI’, which is a 5 minute walk from the RAI Exhibition Center.
Train tickets can be purchased at the vending machines or at the NS Service (& Tickets) Store at Schiphol Plaza.

One change: Take the train to ‘Station Amsterdam Zuid’ and transfer to the Metro Line 52 (direction ‘Noord’) exiting right in front of the RAI Exhibition Center on ‘Station Europaplein’.
Train tickets can be purchased at the vending machines or at the NS Service (& Tickets) Store at Schiphol Plaza.
Metro tickets can be purchased separately at the vending machines at ‘Station Amsterdam Zuid’
.

From Central Station:
The Metro line 52 (direction ‘Zuid’) runs every 6 minutes and will take you from ‘Station Amsterdam Centraal’ in just eight minutes to ‘Station Europaplein’, right in front of the RAI Exhibition Center.
Train tickets can be purchased at the vending machines or at the NS Service (& Tickets) Store on the stations (For more info:www.ns.nl).
Metro tickets can be purchased at the vending machines on the stations (For more info: www.gvb.nl).
Train tickets to Schiphol Airport and public transport tickets for the city of Amsterdam can also be purchased at the triangular RAI Information desks in the entrance lobbies of the Holland and Europa Complex.
Where can I park my car during trade show days?
Follow the road signs from the A10 Amsterdam Ring. Depending on parking space availability, you will be directed to RAI parkings P1/2/3 (vertical clearance 1.90 m), P4 (vertical clearance 2.70 m) or to external RAI parking sites that all have a direct and complimentary shuttle service to and from the RAI Exhibition Centre. The rate is € 4.50 per hour with a maximum of € 26.00 per day. Or buy your day ticket online for € 21.00.
Electric cars: There are 35 charging points for electric cars. Charging points cannot be reserved.
How many exhibitors will there be?
There will be more than 2,200 exhibiting companies from over 70 countries, including nearly 60 national and regional pavilions.
What products are presented at the show?
The 2020 show will present over 1500 food exhibitors and more than 700 non-food exhibitors, divided over 14 halls. Exhibitors are identified by nearly 300 different product categories, a short overview can be found below.
  • Food: Fresh, frozen and refrigerated foods, beverages and dry grocery
  • Non-Food: Cosmetics, health & beauty, household, kitchen and housewares

How many visitors will there be?
Thousands of trade visitors and exhibitor personnel from nearly 100 countries are expected this year.

I need a visa invitation letter from PLMA. How do I proceed?
PLMA sends visa invitation letters to registered visitors and exhibitors only. If you have not yet registered, please click here to request a registration link. Otherwise, please click on the link in your confirmation email.
How do I get access to the exhibitor list?
All pre-registered visitors receive access to the online Show Preview 30 days prior to the show. To explore the number of exhibitors in a specific category, please click here
Where can I buy the catalogue?
PLMA’s Official Trade Show Catalogue is only available to attendees of the “World of Private Label” International Trade Show. The Catalogue is only distributed at the show, neither before nor after.

Does the RAI Exhibition Centre have Wi-Fi?
RAI offers paid Wi-Fi to all attendees at Euro 10.60 excluding VAT per device per day. Just connect to the ‘PLMA2020’ network, enter ‘plma2020’, open your browser and select your Wi-Fi plan.
Is the RAI Exhibition Centre wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the RAI Exhibition Centre is wheelchair and disabled accessible.
Is the “World of Private Label” Trade show open to consumers? Is there a minimum age?
PLMA's "World of Private Label" International Trade Show is open to trade professionals only. Persons under the age of 16 are not allowed on the show floor.
Can I bring my dog?
Animals are prohibited except for guide dogs and companion dogs for disabled visitors. Pets are not permitted at any time.
