The next session 'Understanding the Customer on an Emotional Level' will be held on Wednesday, 25 March from 12:30 to 13:30 CET with Sanne Dollerup of BuyLogic. She is a specialist in emotional customer segmentation and will explore the emotional reasons behind customer choices. BuyLogic is based on the fact that human decision and action are motivated by four basic response systems. The response systems are not personality types or segments, but biological drivers that explain what activates customers' decisions and actions. BuyLogic describes systematic patterns in how people react to negative emotions and act to achieve a desired, positive state.
