Sanne Dollerup is an experienced business researcher and lecturer at the Customer Type Training Program. She is responsible for categorizing cases, identifying trends and delivering lectures. Sanne has a master's degree in communication and has written her PhD thesis about Emotional Customer Types, next to running her own agency. For the past 10 years, she has worked to develop and trademark the segmentation tool and build the Customer Type Education.
BuyLogic is based on the fact that human decision and action are motivated by four basic response systems. The response systems are not personality types or segments, but biological drivers that explain what activates customers' decisions and actions. BuyLogic describes systematic patterns in how people react to negative emotions and act to achieve a desired, positive state.
