Within the Food&Beverage and Sustainability Area, she carried out strategic studies and customised researcher for ADM – Associazione Distribuzione Moderna, Amadori, Cavit, Celli Group, Coldiretti, Conad, Coop, Parmacotto, Elior, Federalimentare, Federdistribuzione, Fiere di Parma, Italmercati, Nestlé, and many others.
She is the Project Leader of the Value of Water Community for Italy, a high-level multistakeholder platform on water resource management and is also Project Leader of the 5.0 Retail Community, a multi-stakeholder community for the development of scenarios, strategies and policies for the promotion of the specialized retail sector in Italy.

In 2002 Sandra Lorenz studied business administration and deepened her intercultural skills with a stay abroad at AS Watson in Hong Kong. In addition to the extensive expansion of the Rossmann brands in Germany, she built up the international sales of the Rossmann Private Label in Switzerland, China and Korea. Sandra Lorenz has been a member of the ROSSMANN management since 2013 and, together with her team, designs the Rossmann brands with great attention to detail.
